What happens during maturation..
With as selection of six dram we will be explaining and experiencing the impact of Oak maturation on “new Make” spirit and at the same time enjoying the ever changing menu at Freta33.
The selection will include some single cask whiskies, aged Genever and Grappa as well as two clear spirits which we have been maturing in small Polish Oak casks. Try the original and then the matured version. Only one bottle of these aged liquids exists in the World so it will be a unique experience
